HOW ABC CHURCH STARTED
Our name is derived from Hebrews 10:25 where we are instructed not to forsake the assembling of ourselves together. Apostle Joshua and Pastora Sarah started The Assemblies of the Body of Christ Church with several of their home groups. Eventually, the home groups were merged and became one church. The founding principles were to teach the church members how to love God and each other. In addition, they emphasized how to apply the Word of God in a practical life style. Furthermore, learning to be a doer of the Word helps each ABCer develop a life of victory as an Overcomer. We believe that the New Testament Church was started in homes. We also believe that End-Time Churches will also evolve to be in homes as well.
